Today I ate a duck.
We started the whole hello fresh stuff this month, and we decided to try the duck. Neither of us had ever eaten duck, let alone made it! So it was a wonderful surprise! The duck was somewhere between the flavor of dark meat chicken or turkey and the umami of a steak. Here’s what it looked like:
