Today I worked on adding a food chart to my blog posts

Portfolio Update: Food Chart in Blog Posts

I spent some time working on the food chart features. If I use the FDA API, it’s free but the search is lacking to say the least. I can’t even figure out how to search by UPC code.

Slay the Spire

Today I also started playing a game called “Slay the Spire”. It’s a deck-building roguelike game where you climb a spire by battling enemies using a deck of cards you build as you go. It’s really fun. I’m thinking of writing a bot to play the game. The whole game is keyboard-playable and turn based, so it should be possible to write a bot that can play it.

Battle Glide

I played some Battle Glide with Milo. It’s a fun game where you play as a hero with lots of guns and webslings around like spider man. The Big update added multiplayer and heavies, so we’ve been fighting those. Milo has already unlocked everything in the game, so he’s been helping me get better gear and level up faster.

Musabi Dinner

After gaming, I helped clean the kitchen and do the dishes while Robin made musabis and potstickers. Good times!

Notes and Conclusions

Then I played some more Slay the Spire before bed. It’s a fun game, and I can see myself playing it a lot. I might even try to write a bot to play it.

• Update Portfolio with all my old Projects
• Fix Resume and Apply to Jobs
